Event and Exhibition Tents Ras Al Khaimah

In Ras Al Khaimah we offer rentals for events and permanent sales and installations for venues. Rental suits resort weddings, corporate retreats, beach events, festivals and exhibitions, and includes delivery, erection, fit-out and removal. Purchase suits resorts, event venues and operators who host events regularly, such as seasonal beach clubs or desert camps, where owning the structure is more economical. For RAK's windier sites, every tent, rented or bought, is anchored and configured for the exposure of its location. We can price both options so you can compare.

Yes. Our event tents for Ras Al Khaimah come with insulated roof options and sealed walls, so air-conditioning works efficiently. Solid walls, proper doors, flooring and ceiling liners reduce heat gain, and air-conditioning units sit outside with ducts bringing cool air in. For resort and beach events, where power may need to come from generators, we plan cooling and power together. Closed, sealed walls also help keep sand and wind out on exposed coastal sites. We can recommend the cooling capacity for the tent size, number of guests and time of day.

Pleated silk linings, star-light ceilings and custom draping are all available for RAK events, along with a full range of other interior finishes. Linings conceal the structure, so guests see a finished ceiling and walls. We can add chandeliers, coloured lighting, glass walls that open onto sea or mountain views, raised flooring with carpet, stages and bars. For resort weddings, interiors can be designed to complement the resort's style. We coordinate interiors with lighting, power and air-conditioning, and work with resort event teams and your event designer.

For Ras Al Khaimah, a standard 20x30m tent can usually be erected within 2-3 days, depending on the accessories. That covers the frame, roof, walls, flooring, linings, lighting and air-conditioning. On beaches and in the foothills, anchoring takes a little longer, because we use ground anchors, ballast or rock anchors suited to the ground. We check the forecast and plan installation around the weather, as RAK can be windy. Our crew travels from our Sharjah facility on scheduled RAK project days. Dismantling usually takes about half the setup time.
