Purchase suits venues, hotels, schools and event companies that need a structure year after year, or semi-permanent installations such as seasonal majlis spaces and temporary halls. Yes. Our event and exhibition tents in Dubai are designed with insulated roof options and sealed walls, so air-conditioning works efficiently even in the summer heat. Solid PVC or insulated panel walls, proper doors, raised flooring and a ceiling liner all reduce the heat entering the tent, which lowers the cooling capacity needed and the running cost. Air-conditioning units are positioned outside the tent, with ducts bringing cool air in, so noise and exhaust stay away from guests. For summer events, evening timings make a big difference. We can recommend cooling capacity based on the tent's size, the number of guests and the time of day.

Interiors are where an event tent is transformed, and in Dubai we offer pleated silk linings, star-light ceilings, custom draping and a wide range of other finishes. Linings hide the frame and roof fabric completely, so guests see a finished ceiling and walls rather than a tent. Options include coloured uplighting, chandeliers, glass walls and doors, hard flooring with carpet, stages, bars and branded panels. For exhibitions, we can create partitioned stands, meeting rooms and storage areas inside a single structure. We coordinate the interior with lighting, air-conditioning and power, and can work alongside your event designer.

Timing depends on size and accessories, but a standard 20x30m tent can usually be erected in Dubai within 2-3 days. That includes setting out, erecting the frame and roof, fitting walls, and installing flooring, linings, lighting and air-conditioning. A simple tent without interiors goes up faster, while large or elaborate structures take longer. On hard surfaces we use ballast or approved fixings, and on grass or sand we use ground anchors. We schedule installation around the venue's access times, which in hotels and busy areas of Dubai often means working at night. Dismantling usually takes about half the setup time.
