Rental suits community events, company functions, national day celebrations and exhibitions inside compounds and in the township, and includes delivery, erection, fit-out and removal. Purchase suits companies and compounds that need temporary halls, dining facilities or event spaces regularly or for extended periods, where owning a structure avoids repeated mobilisation from Sharjah. All work inside compounds follows the facility's HSE requirements. We can price both options so you can compare.

Our event tents for Ruwais can be fully air-conditioned, with insulated roofs and sealed walls that make cooling efficient in the Western Region's heat. Solid or insulated walls, proper doors, raised flooring and ceiling liners reduce heat gain, and sealed walls also keep industrial dust out. Units sit outside with ducts bringing cool air in. For long-running structures, such as temporary dining halls, we plan cooling for continuous operation and can arrange maintenance. We can recommend the right capacity for your needs.

Ruwais events can have pleated silk linings, star-light ceilings, custom draping and other interior finishes that turn the tent into a finished hall. We can also add raised flooring with carpet, stages, lighting, glass doors and partitioned areas such as separate family sections or meeting rooms. For company events, branded panels and corporate colours can be used. For long-term structures, we choose durable finishes that are easy to clean. We coordinate the interior with lighting, power and air-conditioning, following the compound's electrical and safety requirements.

A standard 20x30m tent can usually be erected in Ruwais within 2-3 days, depending on the accessories, once site access has been arranged. Inside compounds, we plan inductions, permits to work and delivery routes with the facilities team in advance, and our crew follows the site's HSE procedures. Equipment is delivered from our Sharjah facility on a planned trip, so everything arrives together. On soil we use ground anchors, and on paved or finished surfaces ballast or approved fixings. Dismantling usually takes about half the setup time.
