CNC Pattern Car Parking Shades use laser and CNC-cut steel sheet panels to form decorative geometric patterns across the canopy surface, instead of a plain solid roof. As sunlight passes through the perforated pattern, it casts a shifting dappled-light effect over parked vehicles and the ground below, while the cut-out openings also improve airflow through the structure, reducing the trapped-heat buildup that a solid roof can create. Because the pattern is cut into durable powder-coated steel rather than stitched fabric, it holds a crisp, precise silhouette that reads as an architectural feature in its own right. This makes CNC Pattern shades a popular choice where the parking area is also a visible design element — villa driveways, hotel porte-cochères, showroom forecourts, and boutique retail frontages across the UAE — rather than purely a utilitarian shelter.

Architectural Pattern Design | Dappled Shade & Improved Airflow | Weather & Corrosion Resistant | Precision-Cut Consistency | Low Maintenance
The panels are cut from mild steel or galvanized steel sheet using CNC (computer numerical control) laser or plasma cutting, which lets us produce a precise, repeatable geometric pattern across every panel rather than a hand-cut or moulded design. The steel is then powder-coated in the finish colour of your choice.
It reduces direct sun slightly at the pattern openings while still blocking the majority of overhead sun and heat, and the trade-off is deliberate: the openings let hot air escape rather than collect under a fully solid roof, which keeps the space beneath noticeably more comfortable during UAE summers.
It works well at either scale. A single-bay unit suits a villa driveway or entrance where the pattern reads as a design feature, while the same panel system can be repeated across multiple bays for showroom forecourts, hotel porte-cochères, or retail parking that wants a consistent architectural look.
The CNC Pattern Car Parking Shades specifications on this page — spans, frame materials, fabric weights, load figures and warranty terms — are set by Dhilal Al Qamar's own design and engineering department, the same team that produces the shop drawings, structural calculations and wind-load analysis for every project we deliver. Structures are then fabricated at our Sajja, Sharjah facility and installed by our own trained crews rather than subcontractors, so the figures published here are the ones we build to.
