The load travels straight down each post into its footing, and that short, direct load path gives the structure strong stability for its footprint. It also makes the design easy to size for one, two or several adjoining bays without re-engineering the frame. The trade-off is that the posts stand inside the parking area, so the layout has to leave room for car doors and turning, which is easy on a driveway or a marked row but harder on a tight podium. In return you get one of the simplest and most economical frames we make, with a small footing at each post rather than the heavier foundation a cantilever needs to resist overturning.

Yes. It scales cleanly from a single 6.0m x 3.0m bay up to rows of many cars, because every bay uses the same repeating post-and-frame module.
