In Abu Dhabi we provide both: rental for events and permanent sale and installation for venues. Rental covers exhibitions, government and corporate functions, weddings, national day celebrations and seasonal activations, including delivery, erection, fit-out and removal. Purchase suits venues, hotels, government entities and event companies that need a structure regularly or for long periods, such as seasonal pavilions and temporary halls. For recurring events, owning the structure is often more economical, and we can store and re-erect it as needed. We are happy to price both options side by side.

They can. Our event tents for Abu Dhabi come with insulated roof options and sealed walls designed to make air-conditioning efficient in the capital's heat. Solid or insulated walls, proper doors, flooring and ceiling liners all cut heat gain, reducing the cooling needed. Air-conditioning units sit outside with ducts bringing cool air in, keeping noise and exhaust away from guests. For government and VIP events, we can plan backup cooling and power so comfort is never at risk. Evening events are much easier to cool than daytime ones in summer.

Yes. For Abu Dhabi events we offer pleated silk linings, star-light ceilings, custom draping and a full range of interior finishes that transform the inside of the tent. Linings hide the structure completely, so guests experience a finished hall rather than a tent. Additional options include chandeliers, coloured uplighting, glass walls and doors, raised flooring with carpet, stages and VIP lounges. For formal and official events, interiors can be finished in national colours or to protocol requirements. We coordinate interiors with lighting, power and air-conditioning, and can work with your event designer.

A standard 20x30m tent can usually be erected in Abu Dhabi within 2-3 days, depending on the accessories. The time covers the frame and roof, walls, flooring, linings, lighting and air-conditioning. Bare structures go up faster, and large or elaborate structures take longer. At managed venues such as exhibition centres, installation follows the venue's move-in schedule and contractor inductions, which we plan in advance. Our crew travels from our Sharjah facility with all equipment, and we can work at night where the venue requires. Dismantling usually takes about half the setup time.
