Pinnacle Tents are available from 3m to 15m wide, and they can be connected side by side or end to end to create large integrated event halls. The standard bay depth is 5m, so almost any total footprint is achievable. Smaller units work well as welcome areas, bars, registration points or VIP lounges, while larger units and joined configurations can house full seated dinners, exhibitions or prayer areas. When several tents are joined, gutters between the units keep the connected space dry, and the repeated peaks give a large structure an attractive, rhythmic roofline. Our team surveys the site and designs the best configuration around guest capacity, the catering layout, stage and dance floor positions, emergency exits and access for guests and suppliers. We also check the ground for level and for anchoring, whether the tent will stand on grass, sand, paving or asphalt, before confirming the final layout.
Does Dhilal Al Qamar provide installation and full event support for Pinnacle Tents?
Yes. We provide complete installation, including groundwork assessment, foundation anchoring, frame erection, fabric tensioning and a final safety inspection before handover. Optional additions include raised flooring, perimeter lighting, HVAC ducting and branded fabric printing. We operate across all UAE emirates and can mobilise for both short-term event hire and long-term semi-permanent installations. For events, we agree an installation and dismantling schedule around your programme, so the tent is ready well before guests and suppliers arrive and is cleared promptly afterwards. For longer installations, we plan anchoring and fabric specifications for extended exposure to sun and wind, and we can carry out periodic inspections while the tent is in use. Where the venue or the authorities require it, we provide the technical information needed for event permits.
