What shade services do you provide in Dubai and UAE?

We cover the whole life of a shade structure, not only the day it goes up. It starts with a free site survey and a design stage in which our engineers model the structure in 3D CAD, size the steel and membrane for the site's wind exposure, and prepare the drawings needed for your approval and for any municipality or developer permit. Fabrication happens in our own Sharjah facility — steel cutting, welding and hot-dip galvanising, membrane patterning and high-frequency welding — so quality and lead time stay in our hands. Our own crews install, and afterwards we offer scheduled maintenance, repair and renovation of ageing structures (including ones we did not build), and relocation of parking shades when a site is redeveloped. The same team serves residential villas, commercial developments, schools, mosques and government facilities across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and every other emirate.

How long does shade installation typically take?

The site work is quick once the structure is fabricated. A standard residential car parking shade covering two to four bays is installed in 3–5 working days; a commercial car park or a multi-structure project such as a school or a resort takes 2–3 weeks, usually phased so the site stays in use. The full programme is longer because it includes the stages before installation: site survey and measurement, design and engineering with drawings for your approval, permit approval where required (typically 2–4 weeks, and the one step we cannot compress, so we start it first), and fabrication at our Sharjah facility. Every project is scheduled individually: you receive a dated programme at the design stage and a named site supervisor for the installation itself.

Do you offer maintenance contracts for shade structures?

Yes. Annual maintenance contracts are the most common arrangement for commercial, hospitality and government clients, and we also carry out one-off maintenance visits. A contract schedules the two things a shade structure actually needs: membrane cleaning two to three times a year with low-pressure water and a mild detergent, and an annual inspection in which we check and correct cable and membrane tension, examine fittings and anchor bolts for movement or corrosion, clear drainage points so water cannot pond on the fabric, and touch up the coating on the steelwork. Each visit is documented, which keeps your warranty records in order and gives facilities managers a maintenance history for the asset. Contract clients also receive priority response for storm damage and repairs. Regular maintenance is what turns a ten-year fabric warranty into a structure that genuinely lasts that long in UAE conditions.

Can you repair shade structures installed by other companies?

Yes — a large part of our repair work is on structures we did not install. We begin with an inspection to establish what actually failed: torn or UV-degraded membrane, slack or corroded cables, cracked welds, loose anchor bolts, or a design that was never right for the site's wind exposure. You then receive a written assessment with a clear price for each option, from replacing a single membrane panel to re-tensioning the whole structure or replacing the fabric on an otherwise sound frame. We fabricate replacement membranes to pattern in our Sharjah facility, so a repair uses the same PVDF-coated PVC or HDPE grades as a new installation, and our galvanising and coating work extends the life of existing steel. Where a structure is beyond economic repair we say so and quote a replacement instead. Renovations — new fabric, new colour, added bays — follow the same process.

What areas do you serve for shade services?

All seven emirates, from one base. Our facility is in Sajja Industrial City, Sharjah, which places us within about twenty minutes of most Sharjah and Ajman sites, under an hour from Dubai, and within a morning's travel of Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain and Fujairah. Our survey, installation and maintenance crews travel to every project site, and the fabrication for every emirate happens in the same workshop under the same supervision. For projects outside Sharjah we group survey visits and deliveries by area, which keeps lead times consistent whether the site is in Jumeirah, Jebel Ali, Khalifa City or Dibba. Design consultation can also be done from your architect's drawings before anyone travels, so the first site visit is usually the measured survey rather than an initial meeting.
