1. Quotations & Payments
- Quotations are valid for a limited time as stated in the offer.
- A deposit may be required before project commencement, with balance due upon completion or as per the contract.
2. Delivery & Installation
- Timelines will be mutually agreed, but delays due to weather or supply issues are not our liability.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring site readiness.
3. Warranty & Maintenance
Products include a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. It does not cover damages from misuse, natural disasters, or modifications.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Orders once confirmed cannot be canceled without approval. Refunds (if applicable) are subject to management discretion.
5. Liability
We are not liable for indirect damages arising from product use. Clients must follow provided maintenance guidelines.
