Arabic Majlis Tent Supplier Abu Dhabi

Standard Arabic majlis tent orders in Abu Dhabi take 10-14 working days from design confirmation to installation. For urgent requests of 7 days or less, we offer an express service subject to availability. For large government or wedding events, we recommend allowing 4-6 weeks for permit processing and custom fabric production. The lead time depends mainly on size, the interior finish and whether approvals are needed. Standard tents with stock linings can be arranged quickly, while custom colours, printed branding and bespoke interiors take longer to produce. The earlier we see the site, the more options you have, particularly during Ramadan and the winter wedding season, when demand across the emirate is highest.

Yes. We supply Arabic majlis tents for government receptions, federal ministry events and official ceremonies in Abu Dhabi. We are familiar with the setup requirements, security clearance timelines and presentation standards expected at official venues in the capital, and every structure can be branded or finished in UAE national colours. Official events usually involve tight schedules, security checks for crew and vehicles, and inspections before the event, so we plan installation well ahead and leave time for them. We can provide technical documents such as structural calculations, fire-safety certificates and method statements for event organisers and authorities. Interiors can be as formal or traditional as the occasion requires.

Our Arabic majlis tents in Abu Dhabi are designed with built-in duct sleeves for HVAC and ports for ground-level air-conditioning units. We coordinate with your preferred air-conditioning supplier or can recommend partners. Insulated inner lining panels significantly reduce the cooling load, keeping the interior comfortable even at the height of Abu Dhabi's summer. The cooling capacity needed depends on the tent's size, the number of guests, whether the event is in the day or evening, and how well the tent is sealed. Side walls with proper doors, flooring and insulated linings all help. For summer events we recommend evening timings where possible, and we plan unit positions so noise and exhaust are kept away from guests.

Yes. We regularly supply and install Arabic majlis tents on Yas Island and Saadiyat Island. Island installations need coordination with venue management and, where applicable, the relevant master developer or destination authority, and we handle all the venue-specific approval steps. Marine-grade coatings are standard for coastal and island installations. Island venues are exposed to sea breezes, so anchoring and fabric tension are set for the site, and we check the ground, which may be sand, grass, paving or decking, before choosing the anchoring method. Access for delivery vehicles is often restricted on the islands, so we agree delivery times and routes with venue management in advance.
