Pagoda Tent Supplier Abu Dhabi

We supply 3x3m, 4x4m, 5x5m and 6x6m pagoda tent units in Abu Dhabi. Units join on all four sides, allowing L-shaped, U-shaped, double-row and grid layouts. For large government activations or exhibition setups at ADNEC needing 500 square metres or more, we design joining plans with options for ceiling liners, flooring and integrated lighting, giving an exhibition-quality finish. Joined units share gutters, so the covered area stays dry, and the repeated peaks give a large structure an attractive roofline. Smaller units work well as entrances, information points, VIP lounges or catering areas beside a larger layout. We plan the configuration around visitor flow, exits and the venue's rules.

Yes. The Corniche and other waterfront venues are among the most frequent locations for our pagoda tents in Abu Dhabi. On these sites we use water-ballast base plates that anchor the frame without drilling the paving. All canopy and frame components meet Abu Dhabi Municipality's requirements for temporary structures in public spaces, and we can support event permit documentation on request. Waterfront sites catch sea breezes, which often strengthen in the evening, so the amount of ballast and the side-wall configuration are set for the exposure of each site. We also check access routes for our delivery vehicles and agree setup and removal times with the venue or the authorities.

For summer events in Abu Dhabi we recommend closing the side walls and adding spot cooling or evaporative fans inside the tented area. The white PVC canopy reflects much of the sun's radiation, and the air temperature under it is typically 4-7°C lower than the surrounding outdoor temperature. Where cooling is essential, we can source portable split air-conditioning units through our supplier network. Flooring and ceiling liners make cooling more effective by reducing heat from the ground and the canopy. Evening timings are much easier to keep comfortable than daytime ones. We can advise on cooling capacity based on the size of the tent, the number of guests and the time of day.

Yes. We manage the full logistics of every pagoda tent event in Abu Dhabi: delivery from our Sharjah facility, erection by our crew on the day of the event or the day before, an overnight security watch on request, and dismantling and return after the event. At ADNEC and other managed venues in Abu Dhabi, our team knows the contractor induction process and the scheduling rules for moving in and out. We confirm the programme with the event organiser in advance, including access times, vehicle passes, crew numbers and any extras such as flooring, lighting and branding. After the event, we clear the site promptly, leaving it clean, and inspect the equipment before storing it.
