For Dubai weddings in the peak season from October to April, we recommend booking your wedding tent at least 8-12 weeks ahead to secure your preferred date, size and style. Dubai's busiest wedding months are November to February, and bookings for that period often fill 3-4 months in advance. For summer weddings, 4-6 weeks is usually enough. We keep a booking calendar and can confirm availability within one working day of your enquiry. Booking early also leaves time for custom fabric colours, printed linings and bespoke interiors, and for any permits or venue approvals, which can take several weeks. Once the date is confirmed, we visit the venue, plan the layout with you and fix the installation schedule.

Yes. Semi-permanent and event wedding tents in Dubai must comply with Dubai Municipality building and fire safety regulations. We prepare structural drawings stamped by a UAE-licensed engineer and fire safety certificates, including BS 5867 fabric testing, and submit permit applications on your behalf. For temporary wedding tents on private property for up to 7 days, permit requirements depend on the size of the tent, and we advise on each case after the venue survey. Hotels, venues and master communities may have their own requirements as well, such as approved setup times and insurance, and we coordinate those at the same time. Our aim is that nothing about approvals becomes a worry in the final days before the wedding.

For summer and shoulder-season weddings in Dubai, we specify at least 2 TR of cooling capacity per 10 square metres of tent floor. Insulated inner lining panels reduce heat coming into the tent by up to 40%, which significantly lowers the air-conditioning load and running cost. Units are placed outside the tent, with their noise and exhaust directed away from guests, and the tent is sealed with proper doors and side walls so the cooling is not wasted.
