Are the arabic majlis tents suitable for summer use in Ruwais?+
Yes. Majlis tents we build for year-round use in Ruwais are insulated with polyurethane foam and fitted with split or ducted air-conditioning, so they stay cool through the Western Region's extreme summer. The insulation panels reduce heat gain, and sealed walls and proper doors keep cool air in and dust out. Can I choose the interior fabric patterns?+

Sadu weaves give a traditional Bedouin character, damask a formal finish for receiving guests, and plain linings a clean, modern look. For majlis spaces used by many people, we recommend durable fabrics that are easy to clean. Walls, ceiling, cushions and curtains can be coordinated, and we add carpets, lighting and wooden details. We bring swatches and photos of finished interiors to the site visit.
Do they look like real hair tents?+
For Ruwais we offer authentic woven outer covers and high-performance PVC covers printed with a realistic hair texture. The woven cover gives the true character of a traditional tent. The printed PVC looks very similar at normal viewing distances, and in Ruwais's dusty, industrial atmosphere it is the practical choice, because it is waterproof, resists UV and fumes, and can be cleaned with a hose. Many clients use printed PVC outside and traditional fabrics inside.
Can you install a bathroom inside the Majlis?+
Yes. Custom majlis tents in Ruwais often include partitioned washrooms and small preparation kitchens, so gatherings can be hosted fully within the majlis. These rooms have proper walls, doors, ventilation and lighting, and plumbing and drainage are connected to the site's services by a licensed contractor. Inside compounds, the design and installation follow the facility's engineering and HSE requirements, and we provide the drawings and method statements they ask for. Permanent structures may also need municipality approval, which we prepare and submit.
