Arabic Majlis Tent Supplier Ajman

For standard Arabic majlis tent orders in Ajman, our installation crew is usually on site within 5-8 working days of order confirmation. For urgent bookings we offer a 3-day express installation, subject to availability. Large wedding majlis tents that need Ajman Municipality approval require an additional 5-7 days for the permit process. Our facility in neighbouring Sharjah keeps travel and delivery times short, which helps with urgent events. The installation itself takes from a few hours for a small tent to a day or more for a large wedding tent with a full interior. We agree the installation and removal times with you, so the tent is ready well before guests arrive.

Arabic majlis tent rental prices in Ajman start from AED 3,500 for a basic 6m x 9m frame majlis for up to 40 guests, and go up to AED 45,000 or more for large 20m x 40m wedding tents with full interior draping, air-conditioning ducting and lighting. We provide a detailed written quotation after a free site visit to your Ajman location. The main factors are the size of the tent, how long it stays up, the interior finish, flooring, lighting, air-conditioning and whether a permit is needed. Itemising the quotation lets you see where the cost goes and choose which extras you want. There are no hidden charges for delivery within Ajman.

Yes. We supply and install Arabic majlis tents at Ajman's corniche and waterfront locations, including the Al Rashidiya beachfront and the marina area. Waterfront installations include reinforced anchoring and marine-grade corrosion protection on all metal components, and we coordinate with Ajman Municipality for any permissions required for coastal installations. Sea breezes often strengthen in the evening, when most majlis events take place, so we set fabric tension and side walls to keep the interior comfortable and the structure secure. On paved surfaces that cannot take pegs, we use ballast weights or approved fixings. On sand, we use longer ground anchors suited to the soft surface.

Yes. All our Arabic majlis tents in Ajman are built with access points for air-conditioning ducts. We work with a network of Ajman-based air-conditioning suppliers, or we can incorporate your own unit. An insulated inner canopy lining reduces the heat load significantly, which matters for Ajman summer events when daytime temperatures exceed 45°C. We recommend 1.5 TR of cooling capacity for every 10 square metres of majlis floor area. Side walls with proper doors and good flooring help the air-conditioning work efficiently. Units are positioned outside the tent, with their noise and exhaust directed away from guests. For summer events, evening timings are much easier to keep comfortable.
