How fast is the installation of k-span roofing systems in Ajman?+

Is a K-Span roof completely waterproof?+
A K-Span roof is fully waterproof. The panels are joined by an automated seaming machine that folds their edges together into a continuous, watertight surface with no bolts through the seams, so there are almost no points where rain can enter. The arch shape sheds rain and dust quickly, and gutters carry water away. Near Ajman's coast, the seamed roof also stands up well to humidity and salt. The gable ends can be closed with cladding, roller doors or louvres, depending on how the building is used.
Can it be insulated?+
Insulation is available for every K-Span roof we build in Ajman. We apply closed-cell polyurethane foam insulation to the underside of the roof, which provides excellent thermal resistance and keeps Ajman warehouses and workshops much cooler. An uninsulated steel roof radiates heat into the building in summer, so insulation noticeably lowers interior temperatures and the cost of any air-conditioning. The foam also reduces condensation, which protects stored goods and, near the coast, the steel itself, and it dampens rain noise. We recommend a thickness based on the building's use.
What is the maximum span without columns?+
Depending on the steel gauge and arch profile, our K-Span roofing systems span up to 35 metres with no internal columns. For Ajman businesses, that means warehouses and workshops with open floors, where racking, vehicles and machinery can be arranged freely. The achievable span depends on the building's width and height, the site's wind load and any equipment hung from the roof.
